1. Open the email from your lie pier and click “reply all.”
2. Change all recipients from “cc” to “bcc” (Why?)
3. Type or copy/paste the following text into the body of the reply:

According to Granny at LiePie.com, this email is a bunch of B.S.  So, unless you want your britches warmed, don't send it on to anyone else.
